What products do you source?
Our strongest category is beauty products. We also source machinery and equipment, industrial components, electronics, building materials, furniture and packaging. If your product is not on the list, send us an enquiry anyway.
How much does your service cost?
We work on commission, so the enquiry, the supplier search and the quote are free. Our commission is part of the order, and you see the full price in the quote before production starts.
What does your commission cost exactly?
It depends on the product and the order size. We agree the commission with you before production, and it is already included in your quote, so the price you see is the price you pay to us.
How do you check quality?
We verify the factory before you commit, so you are not dealing with an unknown supplier. For larger orders we send you samples first, so you can check the quality and feel of the product before you order. During production we stay in contact with the manufacturer and keep you updated.
Can you brand products and packaging?
Yes. We arrange your logo on the product, custom labels and branded packaging directly with the manufacturer.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and the factory. Most of our orders start from around EUR 10,000, and any minimum quantity is stated in your quote.
Where do you deliver?
Wherever you need the goods. We arrange transport from China and the export paperwork, and deliver to the address you give us.
